The Copper Club is the social heart of Villa Miami — a private members' club planned, staffed and programmed by Major Food Group, the hospitality group behind Carbone, Sadelle's, ZZ's Club, The Grill, The Pool and Dirty French. Unlike a hotel-branded residence lounge, The Copper Club is a full-service club: a restaurant, a bar, private dining rooms, a library, a screening room and a residents' lounge, all under one operator, all accessible by elevator from your residence.
The culinary program
The daily menu is Italian-forward and driven by the MFG culinary team, with a raw bar and grill program that draws on the group's New York and Miami playbooks. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night are served in the main dining room; a smaller à la carte menu runs through the bar and the library. Cocktails and the wine list are supervised by MFG's beverage program — the same team responsible for the cellars at ZZ's Club and Carbone.
In-residence dining and private events are drawn from the same kitchen. Members can order the full menu upstairs, book a private dining room for a family dinner, or have MFG plan and execute a full-scale event inside their residence.

This is a deliberate design choice: the club exists to serve the building.
What The Copper Club is not
