About Major Food Group

Major Food Group is one of the most influential hospitality groups of its generation, founded by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick. The Villa Miami Partnership

Villa Miami represents one of the first fully integrated residential collaborations between Major Food Group and a top-tier development partner. The partnership extends well beyond a restaurant lease — Major Food Group is the building's hospitality operator, shaping the residential dining program, the bar and pool service, in-residence dining, private events and overall service culture. The result is a fully branded residential experience, with Major Food Group's hospitality DNA expressed in everything from the morning coffee program to the in-room dining menu.

Architectural Vision

Villa Miami's architecture draws inspiration from European waterfront classicism, with a refined travertine façade, sculpted balconies, and warm, residential-feeling interiors. The intent is timeless — a building meant to read as effortlessly correct decades from now, the quiet alternative to Miami's glass towers.

Construction & Delivery

Villa Miami is currently under construction, with delivery anticipated in 2027. A detailed construction timeline is shared with registered buyers as part of the private buyer package. Construction is managed by Terra's in-house team alongside a leading South Florida general contractor with extensive luxury high-rise experience.

Sales & Brokerage

Villa Miami is represented broadly by leading Miami brokerages, with private buyer representation through The Villa Miami Private Advisor at Douglas Elliman.
