The partnership extends well beyond a restaurant lease — Major Food Group is the building's hospitality operator, shaping the residential dining program, the bar and pool service, in-residence dining, private events and overall service culture. Architectural Vision

Villa Miami's architecture draws inspiration from European waterfront classicism, with a refined travertine façade, sculpted balconies, and warm, residential-feeling interiors. The intent is timeless — a building meant to read as effortlessly correct decades from now, the quiet alternative to Miami's glass towers.

Construction & Delivery

Villa Miami is currently under construction, with delivery anticipated in 2027. A detailed construction timeline is shared with registered buyers as part of the private buyer package. Construction is managed by Terra's in-house team alongside a leading South Florida general contractor with extensive luxury high-rise experience.
