Villa Miami’s amenity program spans approximately 20,000 square feet across three levels, imagined and fully serviced by Major Food Group. It includes a resident-only MFG restaurant, The Copper Club members’ club, an Italian thermal spa, a Technogym fitness floor, a bayfront pool deck, screening room and children’s playroom, with 24/7 concierge, valet and security. Carrying cost is projected at $2.50–$3.50 per square foot per year.
The Villa Miami Amenity Program
Villa Miami's amenity program — approximately 20,000 square feet across three dedicated levels — is imagined and fully serviced by Major Food Group. Architecture is by ODP Architecture, interiors by Charles & Co (Vicky Charles), and landscape design by Enzo Enea, on a 55-story tower envisioned by Terra and One Thousand Group. The result is a private, resident-only environment that functions as a destination resort and private club, integrated seamlessly into daily life.
Major Food Group Residential Dining
Villa Miami's own MFG restaurant spans two levels — a bayfront ground-floor dining room and bar with outdoor terrace, plus private dining rooms exclusive to residents on the second floor. Beyond the restaurant, residents enjoy at-home private chef services, on-demand kitchens and dining rooms, in-residence catering by MFG chefs, a residents-only juice bar and coffee lounge, in-residence grocery provisioning, and poolside food and beverage service. Preferred reservations, charging privileges and VIP access extend across all Major Food Group restaurants — Carbone, ZZ's Club, Sadelle's, Contessa and the rest of the MFG family.
Outdoor Pool Deck
The Villa Miami pool deck is fully serviced, with lounges and daybeds overlooking Biscayne Bay. A separate Lake Como-inspired floating pool vessel sits on the bay adjacent to the building's cove. Towels, refreshments and dining service are handled poolside by the residential hospitality team.
Italian Thermal Spa & Wellness
Villa Miami's spa is inspired by the Italian thermal-spa tradition: a herbal steam room, sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, a salon, treatment suites with an extensive menu, and an in-spa relaxation room. Expansive men's and women's recovery lounges adjoin the spa.
Fitness & Movement Studios
The fitness floor is light-filled and equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym apparatus, plus dedicated yoga, pilates and boxing studios, a group fitness and stretching zone, and personal training rooms.
Bayfront Dock — Drop-off & Pick-up
Villa Miami's bayfront includes a private dock for boat drop-off and pick-up — a covered porte-cochere for arrivals by water, with concierge coordination for guest provisioning and boat-day catering by MFG. The dock is not a marina and does not include resident boat slips for ownership. The dock and any floating vessel are subject to obtaining applicable permits and approvals.
Arrival, Valet & Security
Villa Miami operates a 24-hour porte-cochere with valet service, a 24-hour front desk and concierge, and a discreet, professionally staffed security program. Private vaults and safety deposit boxes are available on premises. A rooftop helipad — subject to FAA approvals — is planned to support seamless private-aviation arrivals.
Leisure, Entertainment & Resident Services
The resident's club includes a library and intimate lounge rooms, a boardroom and private work spaces, a games room with billiards, poker and shuffleboard, a screening and multi-media room, and a dedicated family lounge. An on-site Estate Manager and In-House Curator work in tandem to oversee household leisure and personal needs — reservations, travel concierge, private aviation coordination, household staff, personal shopping, and family services. Resident services also include household management, in-residence catering, package and provisions delivery, children's and pet services, and a residence-side wine and spirits program.
Membership-Style Access
The Villa Miami amenity program is reserved exclusively for residents and their guests. There is no public access, no day-use program and no transient hotel. Residents may extend amenity access to immediate family and registered guests, with concierge coordination.
